How it works:

  • Light: Programmable light triggers an exothermic reaction that forms layers with exceptional resolution, precision and dosage control.
  • Environmental stability: Temperature controlled printing mitigates warping and shrinkage while unlocking materials with advanced properties such as flame resistance.
  • Pneumatic Separation: A perfectly timed separation procedure reduces pull forces, leading to a molded-like surface finishing and high throughput, ultra-fine features such as textures or large surface areas like molds.
  • Motion: Precise control of printer motion ensures a repeatable, fast and precise workflow across a wide range of high-performance geometries and materials.
